Introduction
PANGOLIN hob rock hole opener ranging from 16" to 70" that is divided into two types: MT cutter and Welding cutter, and is apply to various compressive strenght of the formation. The procduct is used for zhe reaming of the oil, gas, petrochemical, sewage, power and fiber optic pipelines in the no-dig horizontal directional drilling.
The larger bearings and cutters dramatically extend the downhole life over smaller conventional-style cutters. The replaceable cutter sets are available in both TCI and Milled Tooth styles to match your formation. All bit's bodies have three-six cutters and can open three different hole sizes.
Advantages
The replaceable hob reamer is forged from high quality alloy steel with good weldability. After modulation treatment, the tensile strength is high, which can meet the tensile requirements of large-tonnage drilling rigs. The wheel body and the body are reliable in connection and easy to assemble and disassemble, no large-scale special hydraulic equipment is needed, and a manual wrench is sufficient, which is convenient for replacing the wheel body on site.
Features
The body can be used many times, and it is convenient and quick to change the hob wheel. The hob wheel is divided into three types: A, B, and C, which can be adjusted to achieve different reaming diameters.
The unique multi-level anti-off interlock device prevents the hob from tripping when the drill bit is empty and the hob shell falling off when the bearing is damaged.
The hob wheel body is inlaid with a large diameter hard alloy, which has a good rock breaking effect; the bearing diameter is large, and the impact resistance is strong; the metal seal is used, and the service life is long.
