Describe
Through the special structure of the cone, the permanent contact area and the alternating contact area of the drill bit have equal wear.
By setting the PDC tool in the permanent contact area of the cone, the wear resistance of the cutting structure is improved. The permanent contact area of the cone is where the fastener wears the most.
The optimized hydraulic structure improves the cleaning ability of the wellbore and bottom hole hydraulic system, ensuring a higher mechanical drilling speed.
By arranging an active cutting tapered ball gauge pressure block on the main body of the drill bit, the drill bit has good protection performance and the hole reaming ability is improved.
Features
1. Cutting structure:
Using new formulas and new technologies, the durability of high-quality carbide blades has been improved. The steel teeth adopt high-quality tungsten carbide surfacing welding on the tooth surface to improve the wear resistance of the teeth by a small amount.
2. Gauge structure:
Multi-gauge protection, a gauge dresser at the rear, gauge inserts on the cone measuring surface, tungsten carbide inserts and surfacing on the tip of the palm, which increase gauge retention and bearing life.
3. Bearing structure:
High-precision bearing with two thrust surfaces. The ball locks the cone. The hard surface hears the bearing surface. The tapered bearing is inlaid with anti-friction alloy and then plated with silver. Improve the wear resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing, suitable for high speed.
4. Sealing and lubrication:
The advanced metal sealing package consists of two metal seats and two elastic energizers. The compression energizer keeps the two sealing surfaces of the metal ring in good contact through elastic force to achieve bearing sealing. In drilling, the metal seal is relatively dynamic, while the energizer is static. This will improve the reliability and durability of the bearing seal. Pressure compensation system and advanced grease can greatly improve lubrication reliability.
